Modern Vitocyr closed species

During a previous event, an Ancient Vitocyr, the last of its kind, almost destroyed Astrion after his greed grew his power back up exponentially. The spell had to be recast to make him a JR again, known as our shady salesman and although he can switch forms, he has been restricted in his power to prevent possible harm and working on reforming himself.
However, he was very alone. So Eidrot, using a little of the Ancient Vitocyrs DNA, created a smaller and less powerful version of the species, removing the planet destroying aspects and making them great companions, mounts and treasure seekers. These became known as the Modern Vitocyr!
Everything on the reference image is required, only aspects that can change is horns, ears, tails and glowing markings!
This draconic looking species standing at 5ft tall, is built for fast flying travel and huge gripping strength for landing even atop harsh frosted mountains. The base build is what you see, they don’t get any alterations from this look, but they can have ears, horns, tails of varying shapes and optionally glowing markings to help guide others in the area.
They also have a good sense for treasure, especially golden treasures, rare fruits and such whether in the air or on the ground. This makes them a foraging companion!
