NECKFURS

Can have different shapes and isn't required to have fluff scarf/ ponytail behind, the front fluff always covers part of the face!
Much like frilled lizardz, they can both rise and lay their frills down
Multiple long and short rounded strands which are rather wirey, but cannot bend!
Have no scale bumps, like it's named, it's surface is instead completly flat!
The fur runs down all the way to the back of the neck as a mohican, can be SLIGTHLY longer
